The intersection of three freeways, I-80, I-590 and US 395 are redesigned for easy access into and out of the city, with its shape resembling a spaghetti bowl. A 300 m long soil nail retaining wall with shotcrete and cast-in-place concrete was constructed along the I-80 freeway.The reliable DYWIDAG THREADBAR® double corrosion protection system was chosen by the designer. |
